And yes Ade… ‘Great Adventure’ is going to be our 4th album… (release date unconfirmed, but if you think Spring, you won’t be a million miles orf!)…
MrC: “Very smart studio work here. In spite of the thrash it’s clear, dynamically varied and continually interesting, I particularly like the bits where the vocal is left exposed and the instruments drop out, it’s like we’re transported into the singer’s head space.
I’m not one to judge the ethics of the lyric but while the camp delivery suggests to me that there is a comic camaraderie to it’s meaning, it also sounds catty and could be construed as cruel.
As long as there have been people being vain and thoughtless, there have been people poking fun at their behaviour, if we disallow that critique we get into very dangerous waters.”
